Our 4mm corrugated plastic yard signs are made from the best quality corrugated material.
Designed to be opaque and bright white, not to be confused with other cheaper corrugated materials that have a yellow tint, and are not opaque, which allows your image on the front to be seen through to the back. Outdoor durable - completely waterproof and fade resistant. This material has flutes that run the 8-foot length of a 4’ x 8’ panel.
Unless specified otherwise, we will print your corrugated yard signs so that the flutes run vertically so they can slide onto the wires of a wire step stake
Care:
Corrugated signs are pretty carefree. The biggest problem is probably bending in transport or while installing the frames. Be sure to keep the signs flat and in the box if possible until installation. Because of the flutes, they tend to bend very easily. Sliding them onto the frames can damage them as well if you are not careful to align the holes or flutes. The best way to do this is to lay the sign flat on a table and then lay the frame right below. Center the frame with the sign and slowly slide the two posts into the sign, keeping it level. (Do not push one side in faster than the other). It should slide smoothly. If you feel resistance or it starts catching, likely it is in two flutes that are too close or too far apart. Pull it out and try again.

This material provides an excellent combination of affordability and durability. For those looking for hard plastic or metal yard signs we would recommend our rigid plastic or aluminum materials. These materials can be displayed in a variety of ways and offer a more permanent signage solution.
Yes, we offer wire stakes (also called h-frames or step stakes) with our yard signs. These terms are actually interchangeable and simply refer to the metal frame that can be used to post the sign on soft surfaces such as lawns. The width of these frames (10”) actually dictates that your sign be at least 10” wide. These stakes or frames are made from 9 gauge steel.
