"When the first sign I ordered didn't arrive after 3 weeks, I contacted the company and a replacement was shipped. That was in October. December 21st the original envelope arrived with apologies from the UPS guys saying it had been caught in the conveyor belt. And the envelope looked like it had been caught in something. The company was great about replacements.
