Customer Service was excellent because there was a minor problem w/ one of the images I uploaded in my design. Customer Service alerted me of the problem immediately, paused production, and even offered a replacement image from your archives. Very prompt and helpful assistance throughout the dilemma. Package tracking is also a great feature as well. I like to be informed of the whereabouts of my order and it's expected ETA. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely order again and refer others to your site."
